When you come in for your free trial, we’ll greet you at the front desk, introduce you to your coach, and give you a quick tour of the gym. If you don’t have gear — no worries, we’ll loan it to you for free. Expect a welcoming environment, great energy, and classes tailored for all skill levels. Check out our class options below!



What to do on your first day?

On your first day, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our waiver and meet your coaches. A typical class consists of a warm-up, technique instruction, drilling, and sparring. After class, we will meet with you to go over our membership options and answer any questions you may have.
